What is 95kPa specimen transport bag?

The existing 95kPa specimen transport bags are manufactured in accordance with biohazard standards and meet PI650 and PI620 standards. They are professional packaging containers for UN3373 biological specimens and are widely used in medical, scientific research and public health fields, covering the storage and transportation of high-risk materials such as blood specimens, tissue sections, gene specimens, cell cultures, virus specimens and bacterial cultures.

Materials and structure:

Usually 95kPa specimen transport bags made of high-transparency, high-strength polyethylene material, with good airtightness and tamper-proof properties.

The special sealing design and super strong viscosity ensure that there will be no risk of leakage and tampering during the transfer of specimens.

Some products also have a patented double sealing design.

Made of high-strength, high-transparency PE polyethylene material, it is pressure-resistant and leak-proof, protects specimens from damage and chemical erosion, and is transparent and visible, making it easy to monitor the specimen status at any time.

The special super-strong viscosity sealing design prevents leakage and tampering. After rigorous testing, the sealing adhesive can withstand a temperature range of -40°C to +55°C (or -40°F to +130°F), meeting the needs of various transportation conditions. After sealing, it can withstand an internal pressure of 95kPa, ensuring that the specimens in the bag remain safe and intact during transportation, even if there are changes in air pressure or external impacts.

Compression resistance:

It can withstand pressures up to 95kPa to ensure the safety of specimens during transportation.

Marking and warning:

The bag body carries the "BIOHAZARD (biological hazard)" logo, which clearly indicates the potential hazardous nature of its contents.

"BIOHAZARD (biological hazard)" is printed on the bag body to warn of biological hazards and remind relevant personnel to pay attention to safety protection. At the same time, it is equipped with a separate file bag/label area to store specimen information. In addition, the surface material of the transport bag can be directly written on, which is convenient and efficient to record.

After testing and certification, the 95kPa specimen transport bag complies with domestic and international biosafety laws, the 2001-02 ICAO "Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air", WHO-related standards, and has passed the national quality inspection and DOT 49 CFR 173.196 (f) test, effectively ensuring the compliance and safety of biological specimen transportation.

At present, the 95kPa specimen transport bag is available in three sizes: large, medium and small, suitable for most medical specimens.
